Submission details (contact and vehicle information) are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and the photos you upload are stored as files in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Your data is retrieved by our staff through an admin portal that is restricted to authorized personnel via Cloudflare Access controls.
We do not use tracking cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or session-recording tools on this website. The only browser storage we use is a small local note that records whether you have acknowledged our data-storage notice banner, so we do not show it to you again.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:
- To evaluate your vehicle and prepare a competitive cash offer;
- To contact you by phone or email to discuss the appraisal and offer;
- To complete a vehicle purchase transaction if you accept our offer;
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information using industry-standard practices.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through our site, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt action to remove it.
